POEM: She Came

"She came around
On a day, & drove me insane
Thank God she came...
She turned my whole world to fiction"

SHE CAME...

She came like the night
I never expected anything good
She came like the wind,
She's gone with a flash

She came with a smile
That put a curve across my lips
She came with a face
That steals the shine off the day

She came around
On a day, & drove me insane
She came tonight
Gently whispering my name (Pate)

Thank God she came...
She turned my whole world to fiction
She came like the night;
She came on a day with the clear skies
