Personal Notes: 2k19 Excitements!!!!

If life gives you lemons; go ahead and make lemonade.

But what if life gives you vodka?

It’s been roughly two weeks into the new year! And while I have set out achieving my goals for the year rather slowly, but steadily though, there is everything to be optimistic about this year. And what stuff have I been working on? That you might wanna ask.

In all sincerity, this just happens to be the year I set every other thing aside to chase my dreams exclusively. So, I have been working on establishing my very own fashion label that would include designing/customisation of t-shirts & sale of unisex outfits such as designer shirts, joggers, denim jackets & pants, sweaters, head warmers etc. I would be kicking off DressLikePate (which just happens to be the name of the label) by the first quarter of the year.

With little experience in the fashion industry (even though I model), I know it’s going to be a mountain to climb. Am I scared? Sure I am. But it’s decisions like this that make or break us & I believe I am definitely going to find a way. Hoping for the best & preparing for the worst at the same time.

With that being said, wish me luck. Not much going on for now other than a date I’ve got on Friday with this bae. Really looking forward to that, cause, that day happens to be her birthday & nigga gotta make it special. Lucky for me, I don’t need no rehearsals cos I ain’t new in the game. 

And before I forget, lemme introduce you to one of Africa’s hottest, finest model & video vixens. She is from South Africa & I got to know about her recently. You know the love I got for the African continent & whatever comes out of it. She really is hot I must confess & it would be a dream working with her someday, in the future. She has worked with artistes like Davido, Nasty C & the list goes on. You can find her on social media @amandaswartbooi

Though I got to know about her from a reality TV show Vintage Z which is about a couple of SA fashion designers who run a fashion label, exactly something like I want to do. So I have kinda been following the series. Their designs are amazing & I am a huge fan. Alright, bye for now.
