February Is Going To Be A Banger!

Happy new month to y’all out there, all over the globe, from far & wide – Greetings from the other side. It’s the month of February once again, the most unpredictable month of the whole calendar. Some years it has 28days, other years – 29. It takes a while to kinda get used to how this works (or maybe it doesn’t). But once you get it, it really isn’t that complicated.

Then there is always Valentine’s Day to look forward to - for lovers. I love Valentine & I think everyone is a lover (there has got to be somebody you love on the planet). It’s not necessarily a day to get freaky, if you’re a lover of God, you could take Valentine to church. Just be sure to make that day special for someone special cause that’s what Valentine is all about. As for me, this year I'm taken. I think I have a perfect idea who my Val is gonna be this year.

Two days after Valentine is going to be a defining moment for the next four years of Nigerian democracy. Come Feb. 16^th, we Nigerians would be headed to the polls for the presidential election. I’m not going to go into much detail about that but it’s definitely something we all would be looking forward to. Nigerian democracy has been relatively peaceful ever since the military – civilian transition. This is as far back as the period when I was born, so everything should be going down rather peacefully. If you are a Nigerian, 18years & older, living in Nigeria, then I hope you have your PVC already in your possession. You just have no idea how powerful that tool could be.

The fashion industry is not also left out as this is the season of the ‘Big 4’. Virtually everyone involved in the fashion industry should be having a busy month. Fashion designers would be showcasing their autumn & winter collection across the top four cities in the fashion world, kicking off at the New York Fashion Week from the 7^th all through till the day after Valentine before jetting out to London, then Milan & rounding off in Paris. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out on that one.
