Life is A Struggle

When I'm all dressed up, I tie my bandana, kiss the crucifix & put on the rosary. I pick up my bag & I'm all set to hit the road. The struggle continues...

Another day, another dawn & I still got my dreams to chase cause quitting is never an option. It just isn't in my blood. I'm a born hustler & ama do the things I love till my last breath.

These days things seems to have slowed down a bit. But on the contrary, we headed for a blockbuster month. I have always spoken about my love for the month of April, it never disappoints each year.

It kinda kicks off with my birthday on the first day, which coincides with April Fools Day. Most people actually think it's not really a coincidence & that's because if you know me pretty well, then you'll know I'm a real joker!

Wrestlemania is all wrapped up. I used to be a big WWE fanatic back in the days when I followed every episode every week, until that moment of truth which actually ruins it for every boyhood fan. However, I still play catch up & try to see the spectacular matches especially after they get a good review rating.

For those who don't know whatsup:
SETH ROLLINS DEF BROCK LESNAR
It's been a long time coming, it just had to happen at some point. I still can't understand why the WWE allowed the biggest championship belt to be in the possession of ever absent champ.

KOFI KINGSTON DEF DANIEL BRYAN
I was really excited about this one. Congrats to Kofi for making African blood proud. For a very long time he's been under the radar for the major titles & Kofi clearly has always had the talent & he's a hardworker. He's been brilliant over the years & he's success story is truly an amazing one.

TRIPLE HHH DEF BAPTISTA
So Baptista is officially retired from the WWE & when you look at WWE superstars who are crossing over to Hollywood, Baptista is having a great run. It was really beautiful to see him come back to give WWE faithfuls another breathtaking performance with another legend. These are the kind of moments we as WWE fans leave for.

Now this is not a WWE review post, I'm only doing this cos it was Wrestlemania & cos I'm pretty excited about all the action that went down Sunday night. My low point would be not being able to see the Undertaker in action. I think they kinda killed off his character when they made him lose his streak.

The annoying part for us fans would be that he didn't lose it to someone deserving, more like a guy destined for great things in the future & not some part-timer who I actually consider to be boring & who can't decide between WWE or UFC. Looked more like a business move to me. But I'll always wanna watch the Phenom anyday. For me he is one of the greatest superstar to ever grace the ring & he played his deadman gimmick to perfection.

Then there's Champions League football to look forward to this midweek & oh, GAME OF THRONES RETURNSSSSSSSS!!!
Everyone's been talking about it, the final season, they made us wait two whole years for... We really can't wait no more. What a month to look forward to, I love to have fun & seems like I could just find more than I bargained for this April.

Alright guys, stay safe, remain blessed & love more.
It's ur boy, Pate.
